The Zwilling Twin Chef turning knife 7 cm is great when peeling and cleaning vegetables and fruit. Because of the round shape of the blade peeling potatoes and apples will be a piece of cake. With the Twin Chef kitchen knives, Zwilling created a collection of knives for the price-conscious chef who is still looking for the Zwilling quality. The blade of these knives are full tang: it runs throughout the entire ergonomically-shaped plastic handle. The steel, like the more expensive Zwilling collections, is made from ice-hardened Friodur steel. This steel is hardened in four stages during which it is heated to 1000ºC and cooled to -70ºC.
