The knives from the Wüsthof Classic Ikon series are a very popular series by Wüsthof. The handle is shaped a bit rounder than for example the Classic series. Ergonomically, the Classic Ikon knives are great! The handle is made of a very durable type of plastic: POM. Three rivets connect the handle seamlessly to steel blade.
