This Wüsthof Classic chef’s knife 20 cm half crop is quite similar to the ‘normal’ Classic chef’s knife 20 cm. It mainly differs in the knife’s crop. While the other chef’s knife has a crop that extends to the heel of the blade, this chef’s knife has a half crop. The advantage is that you can use the entire blade when cutting. Moreover, the knife is easy to sharpen because you will not bump the crop.
