The Victorinox All-in-One 7.4126.3 is a cutting board with a size of 37 x 28.5 cm. The cutting board is made from black Richlite. A material that consists of a combination of 65% FSC-certified wood pulp and 35% phenolic resin. The result is a thin cutting board with a smooth, non-porous, heat-proof, BPA-free and hygienic surface. The material is soft enough to not affect the sharpness of the blade, but hard enough to prevent deep scratches.
