This Tojiro DP 3 bunka is enhanced with a kengata blade. This stands for ‘sword-like’ and refers to the suddenly sharply sloping end of the blade. Other than that the knife can be regarded as a member of the santoku family. With the narrow tip you can finely cut meat, fish and vegetables. Please note: not suited to cut through bones.
