The Shizu Hamono Gifu Collection santoku is a very stylish and relatively large Japanese kitchen knife. A santoku is the Japanese version of the chef’s knife. This knife is perfect for chopping vegetables, meat, fish, onion, garlic and various types of herbs. The remarkable forging method and the luxurious handle material ensure that not only the whole looks amazing, but is also amazing to use. The knife was made in Seki, Japan by artisan knife makers using traditional techniques.
