These OXO GoodGrips simple mandolin is easy to use, but still offers four cutting positions. As such you can cut 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 6.0 mm slices and 3.0 mm julienne strips. You can easily adjust the positions with one slide. It doesn’t get any easier than this. It is enhanced with anti-slip feet to make sure it won’t move during use. After use you can easily fold the high support underneath the mandoline to compactly store it.
