This Laguiole en Aubrac 12 cm pocket knife is enhanced with a corkscrew. As such you will not only benefit from the functionalities of this stunning Laguiole pocket knife, you are also able to open a bottle of wine. The spine of the handle is enhanced with stunning file-work. The blade is made from stainless Sandvik 12C27MOD-steel. The remarkable thing about this knife is that the handle is made from oak wood. Not just any oak wood: oak wood that was taken from a wooden barrel that contained red wine. As such you can see the subtle red traces in the wood, and with some knives you can clearly smell the red wine. Like the blade the stainless steel bolsters have a matt finish.
