The series ‘ Traditional ‘ by Fontenille Pataud is a true Laguiole knife with the distinctive sleek design. The fly and spring on the top of the knife are forged from a single piece of steel. The decoration is hand made, and therefore unique for every knife. This also applies to the decoration on the back of the blade that comes with the Guilloché-version. The Traditional series are available in a larger (12 cm) or smaller (11 cm) version. If you prefer a bigger knife, the 12cm is the right choice. Both versions are very elegant.
