This Chef’s knife from the Arne Line from Due Cigni impresses cooking enthusiasts. The remarkable shape of the blade and the curved handle (to prevent fatigue) make this knife look unique. Not surprising considering the knives from this collection were designed by Danish knife maker Jens Ansø. As is common for Ansø designs, perfection and function are key!
